Information we receive

Template Goblin receives information only when you choose to contact us, such as your email address, message, and any order or support details you include. Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

If you join the launch list, we and our email provider, MailerLite, process your email address, signup and confirmation status, campaign delivery and engagement information, and unsubscribe choices to send the messages you requested and operate the list. MailerLite receives the form submission only when you choose to submit it. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data—such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and protect the website.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions such as page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, site searches, video engagement, and file downloads. Template Goblin disables Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, Google signals, and optional account-level data sharing. Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Allow analytics.”

Future checkout and marketplace purchases

When sales begin, payment and marketplace providers will process checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and delivery information under their own privacy notices. Template Goblin does not intend to receive full payment-card numbers. The provider used for a purchase will be identified at or before checkout.

We may receive order details needed to deliver a purchase, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal or tax obligations, and maintain accurate business records.

How information is used

• to respond to questions and support requests;
• to deliver and administer purchases when sales begin;
• to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• to maintain required financial, tax, and legal records; and
• to improve products and instructions using support patterns without publishing customer information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use support emails to enroll people in marketing without permission, and launch-list signup uses confirmation before marketing messages begin.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that host the site, process purchases, deliver files, or provide email services; with professional advisers where necessary; or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information you have directly provided to us, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity reasons. Requests can be sent to hello@templategoblin.com.

You can decline optional analytics without losing site functionality. To reconsider a choice, use analytics choices or clear this site's local storage in your browser. Your choice is stored locally so we do not ask on every visit.

Children and changes

This website and its future products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the storefront gains checkout, email, or analytics capabilities. The effective date above will change when the policy materially changes.
